Specifications for HA's 2nd Starts-Africa:

If you start the game you can only deploy. If you make any attacks on turn one you forfeit the game. The player who starts 2nd may start attacking and the game progresses after that. Reminders will be sent out each round. The player going second must pm me if a violation occurs or the violation is null and void. The pm must come before the game ends.

1v1, 2 player games

It will be a normal 16 team bracket non seeded. I will use random.org to set the match ups.
I will use reverse set up to make the match ups-1-8 will play 16-9. Basically each round will have the lowest number playing the highest number. I will just make this list, cut it in half and reverse the higher numbers. PM me if you have questions-these will be posted each round.

First round will be best 2of3
Second round will be best 2of3
Third round will be best 2of3
The finals will be best 3 of 5

Rules in List form that will be pm'd before each match:
1. Player going first can only deploy and fort.
2. Before second player starts his turn he checks for any attacks by first player
3. Second player must report to me before the game ends if there has been an attack by the first player. (through PM only for a time stamp)+I don't check the thread daily.
4. If the first player attacked in round one and it is reported they forfeit the game.
5. If no issues, second player may attack and game continues as normal.
6. Be sure you understand the rules before playing and if you do not-pm me.

For this tournament premium (if a freemium wants to play they have to play at least 2 games at all times)

I will take reserves, but only for round 1 if someone does not join.

When I send a pm you have 48 hours to join or you are automatically forfeited. If I have time I send a reminder, but that should not be expected. (excludes semis and Finals)
