Switch Quick Reply Buttons!

Concise description:
  • Perhaps we could switch the Full Editor and Submit buttons around in Quick Reply?
This will improve the following aspects of the site:
  • I always click Full Editor instead of Submit because I'm used to submit being on the right-hand side...
  • Better user interface!

Hmm, never used the quick reply before. This is pretty useful.
