Map Rank Feature: Date/Timeframe Map Rank

Concise description:

• Having a Map Rank Feature that allows one to see how poorly/well one has done over the last week/month/year/etc...

Specifics:

• Since I personally have been on since 2006, I would like to know how I have done in my first year premium year compared to my second year. I am now in my third premium year, so having something like this would be good to see if I have learned something or not.
  This would also be good for the new Hall of Fame that is coming soon. It would allow jury members to look over a period of time to check consistency and other criteria we are currently working on.

This will improve the following aspects of the site:

• well of course if one was interested in using it, they could see if they've improved on certain maps, what maps they've played recently, without determining what dates are associated with game numbers. Otherwise, it is going to be a long drawn out process to look it up.

Are you asking for the Map Rank Chart feature to be implemented on the site?

You can compare your performances already with a small bit of maths.

What I'm looking for is a date range to look at games. For instance, If I wanted to look at the games I played from Jan. 08 through Jun 08, and compare that with July 08 through Dec 08......then I would have to segments of games, strictly related to those time frames.

Unless there is a way to divide the games up on the current maprank (Which I am not familiar with), then this would be a great tool. Even sorting it out by game number doesnt help without pulling up every game and checking the outcome.

The more I think about this, an Excel file would be perfect for all the sorting. But thats why we have map rank right?

can zoom in on particular points in time. There is a chart tab to show charts of points/ Win/Loss

Yes. The charts allow choosing the precise time period.

charts only show,percentage and points movements. You can not see what maps you win and other details. Maybe these is what its sugested?

The chart tells you how many games you've played up to that date. So it's pretty simple to just go into your own games and find the correct date. Then you can see what games you played back then.

But, what he wants is to have it so that when you map rank you can input date parameters. Now either do this or tell him that you will not do this.

yup very simple-press game finder,and then list game by game to see dates-very simple
