It was a great challenge, one of the greatest that CC has ever seen.
Both clans played great,
Congrats to THOTA

Not really sure why my clan is giving up already. This thing could still end 40-40

Agreed, we still have a chance in 2 games. WWII is roughly even, so if we can win the other one then we can still pull off a tie.

george is right, this still could easily be 40-40, the last 2 games are close to about even in troops last I knew. Much respect to Tsm for being a class act and fighting like true warriors.

Soo, is there a tiebreaker planned if it evens up?

Maybe everyone whips it out, measures, and the clan with the highest combined score wins?

There is nothing planed. I still say 1 quad on a standard map, no spoils, chained, sunny should be the tie breaker if it comes to that. Otherwise we could just leave it a tie. I'm not up for some 40 or 60 game tie breaker if that's what anyone's thinking, just how I feel.

Like the idea, but I'd make it a 3 game series with those teams and settings for posterity's sake.

For the moment, let's file any talk of a tiebreaker under the heading "let's cross that bridge when and if we get to it." No sense in engaging in vile speculation unless necessary.

thx reptile, there is still 3 games ongoing and we slightly ahead 39-38 in total games, but, 2 of the last 3 games are around even in troops, in fact, earlier this am, they were ahead 7+ troops in euro war II.

Wild speculation, perchance?

Vile speculation seems somewhat more sinister.

Actually he's right. I'm sure I've looked at this thread 50 or 100 times over the past few months, so several thousand could be from clan people, still that leaves thousands for others. Btw, this war will be the topic of another article. I had planned it that way because I thought it would be over, but I should have waited one more issue, oh well, writing about this clan wars is what got me interested in the newspaper anyway.
