I am aware of my personal options to avoid these guys but that won't save anyone else from the same ugly experience. These guys need to take a permanent vacation for the good of the site.
The communication from these two crosses every line, even for sites that don't have a line. These two guys have created their own version of profanity and verbal abuse. I've included the 'edited' version of one comment from each player here; you can view the actual game chat for the real thing. Perhaps the real smoking gun is in the game chat and their own personal 'Walls'. They make no attempt to hide their disgusting practice, they do it everywhere and to anyone and everyone. In fact disturbing others is their form of entertainment.

I also discovered that their collusion is documented by one of them on the wall of the other. This quote was taken directly from persianempire's wall and was written by chase1999 shortly after he indicated in the game chat that he was partnering with persianempire.
youshould try to take me out of that game i have 5 areas with only 1 man on each. up top you have a 5 stack you should add a couple to and kill me there. down south more i have 2 of those areas and you will have to get through a couple 3 stacks to get to me but it's probably worth it!!

Doesn't that say it all. I don't have access to pm's and deleted material so I'd hazzard to guess that a Conquer Club investigation will yield plenty of fruit. While my experience only deals with these two, it appears from my investigation that there is a group of four players operating together in disgust and collusion. Perhaps that will be worth investigating as well as you dwelve into this complaint. Below is the screenprint of persianempire's wall showing the entry by chase1999.
