How hard can it be to post on a forum !!!

The reason i am doing this is to allow someone from that country a chance to represent them.

The main problem with making each and every player on a team to post is that they risk being broken up - e.g. a random person steals the 3rd spot on a team before the person who was supposed to be on the team can post, thus ousting that person from the team. Anyone who is trying to be on the same team with another person will not want to risk that happening.

I can understand your reasoning for it, but a team tournament is not the right place to apply that reasoning.
