this is probably the silliest reason I have ever seen or close to it to suspect someone of being a multi.
In the game chat he is obviously waiting for you to take your turn, so your claim for being sure about him being a multi enough to accuse him is he was able to find his inbox and PM you to take your turn.....
A bit weak, I'm not saying he is not a multi, just that throwing an accusation of foul play like this out there on a guy, especially a new user to the site should hold a little more merit then he was able to PM me.
