Venturing far, far away from his comfortable home in the Arda, Eä, Middle Earth, Elfish_lad sought to find, collect and create adventures for his storybook called:
Unfortunately, after taking a wrong turn somewhere in Narnia, Lad found himself quite lost in what he considers an unique location. He's somewhere on Planet Earth with many, tall and ugly humans. The humans he has seen are not categorically tall or ugly, but, of course, relative to what Lad is familiar to, they are...odd. Please help Elfish_lad return home so that he may compile these strange stories and sights he has encountered!
You need to determine newt's location, and you may use 20 yes or no questions to narrow down his exact location. The winner will provide the street address where he is.
In order to encourage participation (and perhaps conserve precious questions), every question must be seconded before it will be answered. As long as questions are seconded, they can all be asked by the same person, or any number of people.
Your biggest clue is a snapshot of his current location from a passerby. (aka Google Maps Street View.)
Good luck, and happy hunting!

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say he's not in Africa, so asking if he's in Eurasia essentially takes up the entire Northeast quadrant of the globe.
