Varies.

I think we should have an extra fortification option - limited fortifications that depends on how much armies someone has in total, and how many countries.

Going too far. Unlimited fort is the most fun way to play too. Giving those up just to piss off a multi, hell I might as wll give up Risk and really piss them off.

Now, freestyle with double turns allowed games, those are the very best games for cheaters and other types of jerkoffs. Im swearing those off for good.

Unlimited is the way to go though...
I reckon it would be nice to have an 'airlift' fort mode, where you can fortify one load of troops anywhere on the map.
