Improve the feedback section for rating players.

I'd like to propose the addition of a text box similar to the reply option a person has when given feedback. The tags are a nice quick option for rating, but perhaps a text imput where the rater could be more specific on why a person was listed as a deadbeat or had poor strategy.

This seams like it would be better for evaluating who just had a grudge because they lost or who actually had a legit beef.

We used to have a feedback system like that. It caused lots of flaming.
