the player approached me via PM to see if I could move out of a territory so he could come through - didn't act upon it a I suspected this was not really in line withe the rules... guess we won't see any sign of it in the game itself unless he gets a warning and totally destroys me in that game out of revenge lol

Glory you need to include copy of the PM in this complaint or PM it to king sam or evil semp.
