P.S. There is a structure in place that uses the escalation of violations that lead up to punishments that are more then just Warnings. His name may be coming up more often then not now and he may have terrorized even more so in the past but at this time with all of that he still has not reached the point where his account will get a vacation. Meaning getting a Warning for Spurious C&A Report & getting one for Ratings Abuse doesn't equal a website vacation. But the continuation of these violations will soon lead you down that road. He has been handed the appropriate disciplinary action as per the community guidelines.

There are essentially Two Levels of Infraction in Conquer Club: Minor and Major/Severe.
* Minor Infractions are those that are more annoying than hurtful with intent. This includes but is not limited to: Spamming, Off Topicing, Common Flaming, Common Trolling, Necro-bumping, Avatar Abuse, Chat/Forum Newbie Abuse, International Forum Abuse, Repeatedly Posting for Vacationed Users, "Report a Post" Abuse,
"Cheating and Abuse Report" Abuse, Unwanted Solicitation of a user via PM/Walls/Gamechat), etc.
o Minor Infractions follow the traditional vacation escalation scale of: Warning, 24 Hour Vacation, 72 Hour Vacation, One Week Vacation, One Month Vacation, 6 Month Vacation*, with repeated 6 Month Vacations as necessary upon a Minor Infraction upon release from the max vacation.
Say a Minor Infraction of Spamming leads to a user's first Minor Warning. If they are found in violation with any Minor Infraction, be it Necro-bumping, Avatar Abuse, "Cheating and Abuse Report" Abuse, etc, the next level will be up the scale, even if the first Warning was not associated with the second infraction.

So he got one for spurious, and one for deadbeating...and I don't know where you put rating abuse, but it DOESN"T MATTER since either place would kick him up to some kind of vacation.
As per the community guidelines..We both know he is going to get away with warnings, and probably continue with his wicked ways. I just want to make these warning shenanigans transparent...
