Worth a look indeed, but unlikely that they are multis though:

I'd say friends. What's the purpose of having a multi if you split 1 v. 1 games with it?

I agree that they look like friends.

vivivyon and geraldseet are CLEARED and NOT blocked.

No reason to block them until they do something wrong. Why block friends form playing against each other.
