Limit New Players Option on Start A Game

I apologize if this has been requested / rejected already, but I did not see it and if it was deep enough that I had to search for it I figured I could bring it up again anyways.

Limit/Exclude New Players:

• I'd like an option to either eliminate or limit players who have not completed 3 games.
• Alternately limit entry to a game based on the players ranking, ie, only players with a feedback of # / any feedback, etc.

I'd be receptive to having to default to allowing/limiting to one newbie instead of none so new players can always get started.

This will improve the following aspects of the site:

• limits deadbeats who join and bail
• limits cheating / fake account attacks

I have been seeing a lot of "UserName## ? " players and think something is up, sort of like forum trolling but instead it's game trolling.

As for the people who join and bail on purpose, they will be punished by the mods, as for those who have yet to complete 3 games, this option will limit them, and will not be as exposed and as such, lose interest, take slower time to learn the game. In fact, high-rankers would use this option, and since a lot of the 1st page games are from high-rankers, it will frustrate them. These reasons are partly why newcomers leave the site so soon.
