That is very good news and thank you for your reply. Just wanted to give you a heads up that this period now is one of those short "windows of opportunitys" where even a die hard 2 year "LandGrab Lover" like me would consider jumping ship and coming over herebif you can get clickable maps soon. The longer it takes for Clickable maps, the more time you're giving LG to fix it's software crashes, constant outages, and missing games.lackattack wrote:Just to add to what Andy said...
Clickable maps has been on the to-do list for some time. I haven't just ploped in edthemaster's plugin because I think people would want something more nimble and easier to use (don't get me wrong it's a very impressive piece of work!).
In recent months this has been a higher priority because of controversy over a perceived advantage from the plugin users. The good news is that after the next update, which involves changes to the game interface, we will finally start working on our own version.

I wonder what kind of coding you'd need to pull that off! Would probably be better to recreate the game in flash/silverlight (like the one in FB), and I guess that idea won't fly with the developers.Phoenix73 wrote:When attacking or fortifying, allow me to stay on the map instead of moving down to the dropdown menu. When I mouse over a territory, it should highlight. If I'm in attack mode, when I click, it highlights a different shade, and then the potential attack areas are highlighted. I can then click the one I want to attack. The dice roll as usual. But the dice should perhaps be in a popup, instead of below the map, so that I can keep my mouse right there. Perhaps the popup is semi-transparent so i can see the map below while i'm pondering whether to continue attacking or not. Then, when i conquer, the popup asks me how many troops to move in - with a slider control instead of dropdown: 1 draggable click instead of 2 separate clicks. Actually, if you look at the Attack game on Facebook, it would work a lot like that.
