automatically eliminate pm's *Done*

a pm is generated and sent when speed games are started, i play alot of speed games, so when i see that i have a new pm in my inbox i do not go to the inbox but rather straight to the game, especially in a freestyle game you dont want to be slow joining the game

so i suggest that the pm be automatically deleted when you join the game, obviously that pm is unnecessary once the game has started

This will improve the following aspects of the site: it will save alot of time from deleting unneeded pms, and will not fill the inbox unnecessarily
