Move the round timer above the map next to the round number

I like the new layout of having the game info above the map, as it looks a bit better up there in my opinion, but why leave the remaining round time down there all alone next to the player names? Why not put it up top along with the rest of the game info? It being there on it's own makes it seem a little out of place, no?

The idea is to have it closer to the action so you will more likely notice if you are running out of time
