Re: GM Script: Conquer Club - Watch this game - UPDATED v. 1.1
K heres my bug report -
The player names in all the games in my "watch" folder have disappeared. the game are still there but with no player names at all. So you cant see who won etc. Also when you put you mouse over the game links in threads have some names doubled, some gone or some not listed at all.
I uninstalled including all associated then re installed but it still does the same thing.

Re: GM Script: Conquer Club - Watch this game - UPDATED v. 1.1
First bug is in my script (watched tab). I will fix it in a day or two when I have time for that.
Second one is from Foxy's script - go reinstall it and it should work just fine.

Thanks so much for putting this together, this is awesome.
A suggestion for future functionality is a better way to "unwatch" games from the Watched Games tab. As it is now you have to enter each game individually to "Unwatch" them.
But let me stress, no complaints here, I think this is awesome and you have provided a great service. Just a suggestion if you want to do future updates.

There should be unwatch links on the tab itself - try to reinstall the script, it was added some time ago.SuicidalSnowman wrote:Thanks so much for putting this together, this is awesome.

Yeah, I will try to force myself to upgrade the script in 2010.
Thanks for using it!

And that is not my bughahaha3hahaha wrote:Dude NOW the bug is the left mouse button acts as middle click. Whenever you left click something it opens up a new tab!
Clean your mouse, something is stuck under left and middle buttons and when you click left buttons it clicks the middle one as well.

Re: GM Script: Conquer Club - Watch this game - 1.1b
I've just logged into this thread for the first time. The script looks interesting and I've uploaded it. I'll post any bugs here, but so far the only change I see is the green words "Watch Game" under normal words "Enter Game" on my active games list. I left clicked on two of them and the words changed to "Unwatch Game" in red, which seems logical. My mouse buttons all work fine.

Hmmm, that is really weird. I will look into it from Windows machine because it looks like problem is within the difference between Windows and Linux Firefox versions.mgconstruction wrote:games still not showing up. As Hahaha said it shows im watching 32 games but non actually show up in there
Please tell me what OS and browser version you are using. Thanks.
EDIT:
Just tried from my XP machine. Everything works here. Try to update the script by clicking this link:
http://userscripts.org/scripts/source/58929.user.js
Also, if the problem still exists I need further info about your environment. Or you can wait till the new version will be release (can't say the date yet, but it will happen in January). It will have code refactored with new algorithms to retrieve game lists and create the listing itself.

New version available! Hooray!
Download now!
http://userscripts.org/scripts/source/58929.user.js
Note - it might work a bit slower on the slow PC or PC with poor internet connection. But right now it works better than before, even if it takes 4 additional seconds to load.
Please post any bugs you find, although here are some things that are not working and it is not my fault:
.
Cheers,
Dako.

Please post any bugs you find, although here are some things that are not working and it is not my fault:
- Alexander's Empire map not showing
- All players are listed as premiums even if they are freemium
- Freestyle games never show 'blocked' icon for the user that is actually turn-blocked
- Clock still might show even when the game is finished
Cheers,
Dako.

Re: Watch this game - 1.2
Minor note, I am watching a Third Crusade game and it shows the map without the Beta overlay that the CC website shows in the map preview/game page. Are you pulling the image from somewhere else?

Re: Watch this game - 1.2.1
Hey Dak,
Thanks for this. Love this add on for watching my tournament games.
One problem that still exists is that when I do a game finder search for my tourney games. There is not a game watch link under each game. You have to go into the game to hit the game watch link. If game has not been joined yet you cant enter game to do that.
Thanks again,
MG
