Well technically, they do have to come up with a name and an email address. I suppose that is the basic level of intelligence required. I do think for posting in the forum, one should have to take a test about what constitutes spamming and trolling first. Though the system does allow to rid the forum of those who cannot tell the difference.

ye, have a little iq test whenever someone signs up, if someone can not at least hit an iq of 85, don't let them in.

(but please alow exceptions for players who have played over a year, otherwise i might be banned)
