Hi guys I'm back again.
My Dad is recovering well, amazingly so for such a big op at such an advanced age. They reckon he should be home in about 10 days, though not fully recovered for a while longer.
I think I'll try and sneak in another visit in a coupla months, when I go to the UK anyway for the Sharp and Sensibility game.
I'll take a look at all the backlog and maybe reply to a few things when I gt a chance.
Later on I'm gonna join a few games, a luxury I've not allowed myself for a while - though they'd better all be "escalating" so they're done by the time we have a two-day break after Xmas.

Thank god nobody's gonna be billed several tens of thousands of dollars for the treatment - NHS rules!
