All maps. 2 minute turns. You get a 10 minute time bank for those times you need more time.

You forget, that risk is just one of those games that takes hours to play, in real life or online.

This will enable much greater use of the games as I could set 3 hours and play before work, at my breaks, after work etc.

And then you will wake up every three hours (or hour or half hour, ect...) at night to take your turns then too?
This has been suggested before and reject before for such reasons. Next time before you make a suggestion please search to see if it has been made before. Also, fill in the form that appears when create a topic for a suggestion instead of just deleting it.

im not realy for the idea, but where they're coming from is they want people to take their turns faster without having to wait 2-3-4 minutes to make it more like playing risk with people in the room. but i do prefer the 5 minute situation we have now.

I wouldn't play with a person that constantly went out of the room to play with someone else... he would get a fat big punch in the face.

Maybe this 2 min speed option wouldn't even be discussed if it was impossible to have more than one speed game going simultaneously.

I therefore think that a new rule should be implemented that the number of speedgames you could join/start should be limited to 1.

that i would be opposed to, sometimes i like to join a 1v1 and 8 assasin on doodle earth. alot of people would be pissed.

If you make it a habit to play so many speed games that you constantly don't have the time to take your round before the first 3-4 minutes, then something is seriously wrong, because everybody else has to wait for your 30 sec move over and over again.

In a game consisting of 10 rounds that means that everybody else has to wait like 40 minutes extra for your sorry ass.

I'm sorry, but I think it is rude and selfish and should be forbidden.

impossible on the bigger maps. in an esc world 2.1 game and you cash for 60 and try and wipe the board...................... very hard to do in only 2 min. esp when it gets down to 1v1.

However, this option would be great on the smaller maps. Might as well make it 1 min or 30 sec.

Even on the big maps it would be fun. With 1v1, the two players only use the last 30 seconds anyways, so it would only speed up the game. It may make it hard to sweep, but only at the end, but the net effect would be a quicker game.

Now, on multi player, it would create an entirely different type of game play, because there would be turns where someone would ordinarily get wiped out by a player, but they will get a reprieve and it may give a second chance from time to time

It would be a fun option in the end, but universal clickies for everyone would need to be implemented first, because otherwise anyone without them simply wouldnt be able to play the game.

this is another Speed game time topic-many people before sugested,and many people agree that speed game need to have more option,that speed game be much faster.(even i give sugestion with 5 speed options). Unfortunatly mods dont think that this is good speed sugestion. end of discusion.

that better not be directed at me just cause i said i play 2 speed games at a time. i always have to wait during speed games, which is why i usualy play 2. i never heard no one complain to me about anything. i was being as nice as i could being opposed to the idea. we all expereance waiting during speed games sometime, the difference, i dont complain about it.

and i almost never go past 45 seconds before i play my turn. and also, i play against people who take a few minutes and i check their active games, and alot of the times, the only active speed game their playing is with me, so thats not the only problem obviously.

I dont think it was directed towards those who play 2 or even 3 at once. but i have seen where somebody will start or join 8, 10, 12 at once! That is unfair to all the other players in those games to have to wait for someone who is selfish enough and arrogant enough to try and play 12 speed games at once. I find it rude. Many others do too. But since it is allowed, they can do what they want to i guess. I just refuse to join a speed game with someone who is in more than 2 others, that is my choice on the matter.

This would de-value premium membership, which is generally the opposite of what people want. Personally, when I play speed games I normally play 2 or 3 at once, and unless something crops up, I almost always get my turn done within the first 2 minutes.

With freestyle speed games, I agree that it can be annoying when everyone waits until the last 30 seconds to take their turn - that's why I stick to sequential. Also, many players enjoy the freestyle way of playing speed games; Who will crack first? Who will leave it too late to finish everything they wanted to do in their turn? It's another level to the strategy, and as it isn't cheating the system, I don't think it should or will be removed.

this would be a great idea but what i would say make it so you can choose how much time you get in the speed game if you want it fast make it 1 min slow, 5 i think this would be a great improvement to the system

I would like to see games with 2.5 min turns. with a reserve of five min u can use one time if needed. And maby a two missed turn kick out. Not even two in a row. What do u all think of this? Is it even doable?
