Move the Player/Spoils/Regions/Troops/Due Box

Can the box that tells you how much time is left for a turn, the player names, spoils, regions, troops, and troops due be moved down closer to the place where attacking options appear. This way, you can easily see this information in the same window as you are planning and carrying out your attacks.
