mmm scat .. have you seen 'two girls and a cup' Fisty?.. (or whatever it's called.) It is a very romantic short film about the forbidden expression of love between two female kindred spirits.

Ya Laddi's right, not for long. Me being away w/out internet and playing like crap can take credit for like 5 of 10 of our losses.

Thota ever been behind ( w/ the exception of your equine expressions of love for each other in the barn stalls ) in a challenge ?

LOL

I don't ever recall us ever playing from behind in any clan challenge. However, we have played from behind in season one of the clan league.

Merry Christmas to all, a nice gift would to give us the lead. ;)

guess sportmanship days are over.
First merz missed a turn.
Then he took 16 with 18 over 16 countries and not even a ' oops'

Bullshit games

First off, you assume that merz skipped a turn intentionally, which was not the case (and skipping turns for strategic advantage is a pretty problematic enterprise, fraught with peril).

Second, you presume an insult without looking into the matter, which is simply that merz is not a particularly chatty player. I've played a lot of games against the guy, and on only a couple of occasions did game chat go beyond gl and gg (and often not even that). There are a lot of quiet people like that on CC, surely he's not the first you've played.

Third, "bullshit games"? Really? You guys are currently winning the challenge. I know it hurts to see an opponent take a turn like that, but what did you expect him to do? Hang back? Concede defeat? He took a shot and it worked out against very long odds. That happens here sometimes. That doesn't even crack my top 5 most insane things I've ever seen in a game, and I've played about a third fewer games than you.

i,ve autoed a 115 with 37 and was left with 23 once. This comes close.

You have to agree it's a bullshit game.

And yes bullshit games. But that is my opinion. Nothing to do with risk. But thats not Thotha fault even this is not Thotha fault. But if you loose a game like this, i think the chances in 'normal' life to win the lottery are bigger.

I don't blame you for thinking it's a bullshit game. If I were in your shoes, I'd prolly be singing the same tune. But that doesn't make it a bullshit game in an objective sense. It's escalating, weird shit can and does happen in escalating. And you might still win the game, so you could very well be getting all worked up over what turned out to be a victory.

Plus I'm not sure which other games fall under the "bullshit" label. Would all of them, by chance, happen to be thota victories? Or would you care to include a game or two that the monkis won thanks to unusual dice?

And for what it's worth, the odds of 115v37 leaving you with 23 is approx 2 in a million. Long odds, sure, but much much much better odds than you'll get from any significant lottery. :D

hehe, relax 1st, there have been crazy dice on both sides during this challenge, i would prefer that all games would be won/lost by skill and not due to dice, but risk is played with dice, and so it goes. Unluckily, if two great teams challenge each other and no mistakes are made, dice and drop becomes even more important and you have less hope for mistakes done by the opponents, compared to public games against stripers.
We can call now several games bs games, but that doesn´t make much sense^^ Now 1st, let Ruben explain you his XML cheat on his own maps, pick them for home games and get us some points :P

The way I've always seen it is that in situations like this, it's quite likely that the difference between drop/dice/cards for the two teams is going to be greater than the difference between skill level (if any). Then again, there's something to be said for making your own luck.

I,m relaxed seul don't worry,
but inca says;

Hmm i,m not a sore loser Inca i just call them as i see it. And my own PERSONAL thought is that battles should be played on 'normal' maps without fog. this is just a matter of who is playing what maps. I say personal so you don't have to reply. In fact i rather you won't but i think that is a one in a million also.

seems that alot of tension is building up in some of these games im pretty happy that we are takin a break in between 2nd and 3rd quartersi think these clans will need it. We are all friends here and respect each other equally and was hoping for good sportsmanship bad dice or good dice doesnt matter. Putting urself in posistion to have those good dice is key too. But im not going to get into it just hope that there isnt going to be bad blood between clans after all these games but i will always respect every player from thota and all the accomplisments achieved by them and try to have fun win or lose we cant get too caught up in it or the fun ends.
