the two accused have only this game together... red didnt break because he only has 3 a go, its no spoils so he dont need a card.. u could ask the same question about why didnt blue break yellow when he gets more a go and practically the same amount of troops... just strategy.. maybe good, maybe bad, non the less i would of guessed blue would of broke if i was red as well.. just my humble opinion of course

Secret diplomacy is very hard to prove especially when it doesn't appear to be any. Just because someone does not make the moves you think they should does not make it secret diplomacy. Several players could have hit yellow to break his bonus including the original poster of this thread who just happens to be the strongest on the board at this time.

I am marking this as CLEARED.
