Definitely the same person, they always take their turns one after the other (within 15-20 seconds).

Wow, just started another game w/ a game named Russ19. Coincidence? I think not. IP check will prob. show a hald dozen accounts :/

looks like he is doing it to get 12 games at a time, instead of 4... there is only a couple games Russ19, Russ18, or Russ 16 played together.. i would assume it will be looked into real soon
