Opponent misses, you wait
I hate how if your opponent misses their turn, but you/your team were the last people that actually played then you still have to wait for them to go, or 1/2 of the turn to pass. If they missed their turn, you should still be able to go when the next round starts!

look at game 5746707 (srry its not a link, don't know how)haggispittjr wrote:what?
Me and my partner have gone already, as had one of my opponent. However, my other opponent had missed their turn, however, sinced I was the last one to play before the turn ended, even though my opponent missed their turn, my team now has to wait... It's as if we went last, even though my opponent missed their turn.

Agreed, but only on a missed turn, not on an unfinished turn

What do you mean? i€f the other team is last to play, or is the one to miss the turn, whether they finish or not doesnt matter. They should be the people that have to wait, not you.e_i_pi wrote:Agreed, but only on a missed turn, not on an unfinished turn

If you get a deadbeat in your games, that's punishment enough IMO. Others may disagree, but the nature of public games means you're going to get deadbeats, which can destroy a game if it's freestyle. Maybe this could get exploited, I can't see how, off the top of my head thoughhellgunner23 wrote:What do you mean? i€f the other team is last to play, or is the one to miss the turn, whether they finish or not doesnt matter. Re: Opponent misses, you wait
One more thing I'd like to add:
Some people can only take their turns once every 24 hours,
Round starts at 1PM
You log in at 2PM to take your daily turn
Your opponent misses the turn
When you log in at 2PM the next day, you have to wait 11 hours to take your turn
I think this goes against having 24 hours to take your turn... a far more serious reason than being forced to wait.

An unfinished turn does not let that player start the next turn first. That's one of the things they fixed in the freestyle improved update.e_i_pi wrote:Agreed, but only on a missed turn, not on an unfinished turn
I agree with the OP. It is lame to have to wait an extra 2.5 minutes to finish off an opponent because they decided to deadbeat on you. You'd be surprised how often people start skipping their turns at the end of freestyle speed games.
