There have been no in game comments about truces or strategy yet in my current game 5769082 neither player left troops to protect their continents from attack from the other.
I searched for their games and both names show up in the same games with comments from other players to the fact that the other player will not prevent the other from gaining territory bonuses even if they only have 1 troop protecting. Since the beginning of October they have been in the same game unless it was only a two player game. The games listed above our only the games that it is ABSOLUTELY obvious there was cheating involved.
