I would like to request a new option that allows a game creator to limit the maximum number of armies allowed per country.
This is a feature on some other risk games and makes for a different and interesting game

Suggested many times and rejected.......Imagine an escalating game where you cashed for 80 and could only place 20 armies on a terrie???
