If I had a telekinetic power I would probably have the power of telekinesis, I think you mean 'if you had a psychic power, what would it be'.

Transmutation, or the ability to teleport as a close second. Either way, it would provide a nifty income.

Is flying wrapped up into one of these choices? If not then teleporting. The movie Jumper had it's problems to be sure, but the notion is very cool!
