Bah. Did that back in ´06, played CC a few times when crossing the pond. But at sea-level now so...

Some times regular 767's will go a little over 40,000 ft, so someone may beat you. I will certainly try the next time I travel (which will be a while). Too bad the concord isn't around, they flew a little higher. Probably didn't have internet on them though. Private jet maybe? Anyone that rich?
