At this point it basically refers to someone with Bush-ish views. Someone that espouses "conservatism" while supporting economic principles not usually associated with conservatives. Combine some moronic, "shoot first ask later" international views with a weak, corporate-friendly economic policy and you've got neoconservatism. Essentially, a horrible political ideology.

Neoconservatism actually has little to do with conservatism. In fact, Glenn Beck is not actually a neoconservatist. I would place him in just the "conservative" group - socially and fiscally, he's conservative.

That being said, Glenn Beck is rich. Therefore, though he may be a huge crybaby pansy, a terrorist, an inciter of violence, insane, sexist, racist, and communist, he's doing a hell of a job making himself some loot.
