FINAL ROUND SCOREBOARD ON PAGE 6
The tenth edition of the Initech series is going to be the biggest yet. Like all Initechs, it will be sequential, flat rate, chained and foggy. This Initech will consist entirely of terminator games and will have 4-rounds, with each round taking place on progressively smaller maps with fewer amount of players involved. I give youā¦ Initech X: World Termination!
This tournament is going to not only take a long time to recruit for, but also a long time to play. So, please be patient. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to post them. Otherwise, all relevant details are belowā¦
OVERVIEW
4-round, 97-game, 31-map, 48-player tournament. All players guaranteed six games. Max games for an individual player is 31. Games will progress from 8-player to 6-player to 5-player to 4-player.
ELIGIBLE PLAYERS
Premium only, sorry. You'll need more than 4 games open at all times.
Also, minimum 20 games completed. Cannot afford deadbeats in a tournament like this so am limiting it to established players.
RULES
All games will be Sequential, Terminator, Chained, Flat Rate, Foggy
Important note: in the event of a deadbeat, a player will still get credit for eliminating the deadbeating player only if they actually clear them from the map.

POINT SYSTEM
Throughout the entire tournament, the following point system will be utilized:
Each Terminator map win will be worth 2 points, with each elimination (including the final one on each map) being worth 1 points.
ROUNDS
The first round will consist of six 8-player groups. Each group will play six games on the six maps listed above. The TOP 5 finishers in each group advance to the quarterfinals.
The quarterfinals will consist of five 6-player groups. Each group will play seven games on the seven maps listed above. The TOP 2 finishers in each group advance to the semifinals.
The semifinals will consist of two 5-player groups. Each group will play eight games on the eight maps listed above. The TOP 2 finishers in each group advance to the finals.
The finals will consist of one group of 4 players. Ten games will be played on the ten maps listed above. The player with most points is tournament champion.
SEEDINGS
Once I have 48 entrants, I will divide everyone into six pots by points/rank. One person from each pot will randomly go into each first round group.
TIEBREAKERS
The first tiebreaker in any situation will be map wins for the round in question. The second tiebreaker will be total tournament points. The third tiebreaker will be total tournament map wins. The fourth tiebreaker will be total points from the immediately preceding round. The fifth tiebreaker will be a head-to-head game on the Luxembourg map with tournament settings.
