I know that there are only very few New Recruits that really stay here for a long time. So I suggest that we should think of some benefits to them in order to make them stay. What do you people think or suggest?

I've conducted a sample of new recruits, and discovered that none of them have played more than 5 games.

Perhaps we should offer them a promotion after game #5 to encourage them to stick around?

But I think this is what we have right now. The point is that this is still not enough firstly because they can only play four games at a time, and secondly they do not have the patience to read through the rules and they might not know they will have a promotion.
