Suggestion: Remove C+A forums

Concise description:

• Remove Cheating and Abuse forums

Specifics:

• Go into the Administration Control Panel, click on the Forums tab, then click on the Delete link next to Cheating and Abuse

This will improve the following aspects of the site:

• Will reduce server usage
• Will silence the idiots of the site that insist on starting bogus threads there. This forum is arguably much worse for the community than Flame Wars ever was. The amount of absolute fools posting sour grapes threads and unfounded accusations is ridiculous. As I post, there are 9 open threads in C+A, 8 of which are bogus/stupid, 1 of which is legitimate. Surely C+A could be shifted to the ticket system, where typical "ZOMG he haxxored the dice" idiots will have trouble finding it, and the rest of us can peacefully submit reports when we feel there is enough evidence.

While we do indeed get some spurious/bogus reports, I think the benefits of a public system outweigh a complete behind the scenes handling of cheating and abuse issues. (And if specific users repeatedly make bogus/spurious reports, we'll take the appropriate disciplinary action as well).

Rather, we're looking into beefing up our Team Volunteer coverage for that forum, along with our other forums.
