Im not sure consultation is usually necessary if you start cheating and abuse threads against clan members....I think getting kicked out is automated in that situation actually.

Regardless of weather or not he should be more careful with his password or not the fact still remains that people who are members here got onto his account without permission. That is the main concern here. Weather it be in fun or for malice seems like someone has some explaining to do.

Yes, but I only gave them permission for team games. I didnt say that they could help another clan m8 beat me by going on my account while I am not even looking at the computer.

I was constantly thinking about doing that...but we were in so many games together I didnt want to chance it. (Lany had know knowledge of this as he was not at all involved and his MSN hasn't been working).

I have been informed that this issue has already been settled by the people involved in this case. I still would like to warn everyone, especially if there are people who may takes a few turns here and there without the knowledge or permission of the owner, will be dealt with more severely, and is a lot closer of getting a perma vacation. We simply can not have one guy logging in to multiple accounts, especially if the owner/s does not know about it. Remember that account sitting is not a convenience or a luxury. You should only resort to this if you are really unable to make your turn.
To those account sitters, do NOT share the password of the account/s you are entrusted to account sit for.
