one more thing!
24hrs for team to join is too little! simple, you need captain to see the PM with games, and i think 12hrs is normal time till some PM is read. then he needs to make PMs for his teammates. if only one teammate doesnt get on CC for 12hrs, team will be penalized! lets put standard 24hrs time for anyone to read the PM and join the game, and another 24hrs because only captains will receive PMs from you... so you start deducting the points after 48hrs, not after 24

I am open to changing it to 48 hours to join games from now on if others agree too, if not by 48 hours then -0.1 point, it is only one tenth of a point, but 48 hours helps and is better than 24 hours.

i told you this is going to happen, you didnt want to listen...
teams already lost too many points because of this(yeah, it is "just" 0.1, but that 0.1 can be decisive at the end)... and im not going to get into same debate over and over again, but its just that simple that thota team have 24hrs per member to join, every other team have less as there is no way captains are online 24hrs per day. so you, as captain of THOTA will send invites at time i might be sleeping because of time difference between Serbia and USA thus leaving me less time to organize my team. isnt this right?! but anyhow, dont change the rules now. i might start to think you think of this because THOTA is almost sure for the win and you might become more flexible... i didnt like it then but we started at one rules, we should finish at same
