me being a noob please help :D
how can i post a pic on forum.(the pic is not online, on my pc). the only way i see is posting iton a diffrent site then exporting it. surley there's an easier way.

Create an account at Photobucket. Upload your picture there. Copy the image tag from the uploaded picture on photobucket. Paste into your post. Voila.

Does anybody know why you can load an avatar image from your local machine and not for a sig?

Because a single avatar for each member does not take up a ton of server space, as they are limited in pixel dimensions and file size. Signatures are often much larger files due to their size and/or complexity.

That's just the standard on a phpbb3-forum (like this one), no way to attach something to a sig. Normally you could put attachments to a post, but that would probably be too heavy and/or confusing for a site like this.
