A penguin that knows info about me

In the world cities tournament theres 2 posts where at the end of it theres a penguin that knows info about you, is this dangerous or just a joke because it is kind of creepy so can anyone check it out and tell me if I should be worried

LOL! i was wondering when that would trip someone up. It just uses your IP address to determine either the region you are in or the internet service provider you use. It shows each person who looks at it their own information, so you have nothing to worry about.
