I'll keep registration open until Friday May 1, 10:00 PM UTC - 5 hours then I will ask for privileges and we can play with the teams registered.

As the wagers flow in I noticed that I missed a rule:

If both teams wager the same amount I will ask both team for their preferred settings and I determine what the settings will be.
