You are WELL off base if you refer to me.
I definitely don't excuse drunk drivers or anyone else. That said, too many cops (and I am not speaking rhetorically here, I speak of individuals I know) either decided to become a cop because they already liked to bully people or wind up becoming jerks after they put on the badge.
ok so you know a few people who are bullies that want to be cops have you took a sample of the ovrall ratio???? and if so people are going to call cops bullies because they inforce rules. what my whole point is that ladie should have come out of here apartment and told the cops he is not there then should have allowed a search. that is what normal people do who have NOTHING TO HID!!!!
Good lord, take a government class. How the hell did you squeak out of high school?
oh right that whole thing about its my house and if i dont want to show you what in my house i do not have to excuss. yes i do know that. oh and by the way i did take government class in high school and i have taken two in collage. alright! the point i am try to make is if cops are surronding your house for over 2 hours shouting "GET OUT OF THE HOUSE" are you saying your going to sit there and say "they cant come in no search warrent and i am not going out there to say hey i am in here" its called common curdacy!!!!!. also alot of librals out there say you cant say the n word or racial slurles. well why do they jump on cops backs for doing there job?????. i know what rights you have i know them most likly better then you after all i am going to be a soc studies teacher.
A social studies teacher that can recite the Constitution but doesn't understand it, then...great.
well lets just work on this part for now. i know and understand the constitution a lot better then you think. You on the other hand looks like you do not understand the constitution at all.
A.(FACT) no 2 people interpret the constitution the same way!
B. (FACT) the interpretations that matter the most are the supreme courts interpretations of the constitution.
C. (FACT) it is always changing.
my point on this thread has been here to show the other side. The police's side, what i think is sad is that none of you can see that side. when i do become a social studies teacher i most likely will teach history focusing on the revolutionary war and the founding fathers. (at least that's what peaks my interest the most). The way i look at a teachers job is to show an event that has happened along time ago and give the student all the views expressed about that event so the student has all the knowledge and can understand all options before making there decision.
i will concede that the police should of had a search warrant cause i do not feel like researching all the reasons when they do not need a search warrant(there are cases out there like this). But my big point is
WHO STAYS IN THERE HOUSE WHEN POLICE HAVE SURROUNDED THE HOUSE. AND ARE CALLING FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT WHO IS NOT IN THERE WHY WOULD YOU NOT GO OUTSIDE AND KINDLY SAY TO THE POLICE HE IS NOT IN HERE IT IS ONLY ME???????????????
none of you have stayed any thing to that fact. well???? the police could of handled it better YES but she could have too. U guys are only blaming the girl.
