More tickboxes to balance ratings

Concise description:

• The tick boxes in the ratings need more positive commentary to balance some of the negative.

Specifics:

• Add "Well-mannered" to offset "Rude" and "Gracious" to offset "Complainer"

This will improve the following aspects of the site:

• More specific information relating to an Attitude rating above "Average".

Lots of good ideas there, especially the averaging of ratings over games, but I will leave this topic up as short, sweet, and fairly easy to implement.
