Permabanned Users

I don't get it... If a user is permabanned he's not allowed to play games at all so why should he/she retain the right to play in clan games and/or have access to the clan forum?
I can understand if you have trouble keeping tabs on CC friends when they get banned but permabanned users has no need for communication within CC as they aren't a part of CC any more.

If you happened to mean users that gets forum bans then I still don't see the point tbh. CC isn't punishing the clans but rather it's the user getting banned that is responsible for any trouble his/her ban brings to the clan.

I am sorry, I was using permaban as a word for FORUM-banned. Even if you are on a 3 day ban for something, I think you should still be allowed to participate in your clan forum. Yes, website banned users obviously would have no privileges.
