He can rate whatever the hell he wants. Lets face it though, it is abuse. He gave her a 1 in attitude, game play, and fair play, when it should have been only a 1 in fairplay. That being said, I think he should be cleared. Too many people abuse the ratings, so it would be time consuming to worry about it, and ratings don't even matter!

her unfair play effects her game play and attitude. I go through this when evaluating employees. When an employee is absent they got nailed for attendance and performance and whatever else. Bad attendance hurts everything. Same thing is applied with ratings. If you use cheap tactics, that means you have a poor attitude for using them ( sportsmanship ) and poor game play ( because you need to use the tactics ). That is what makes a poor review/rating.

I agree, but the people have told me earlier, just because someone waits it is not enough for a bad rating (even if there was agreement on an rt)

I might admit i am not sure how it works with the rating. If you update a rating what date will the rating show? THe new one or the first one.

He said it almost a week after you gave him the rating. But as I said, if the date doesnt change, then I a sorry (even though i dont think he deserved a 1-1-1 rating after that game neither.)

But as I said, there are many ratings like this..

Again, im explaining no more. I feel I do a very good job in leaving the ratings. Everyone is not going to agree with them and I for sure dont agree with the ones I receive. I will finish this off with an example I experienced yesterday and than im done with this.

While umping my sons baseball tourney, I called a base runner out at first on a bam bam play. For those of you that dont understand baseball, this is when the firstbase man catches the ball at the same time the runner touches the ball. Needless to say, the team on the field loved the call and the team on the bench hated the call. So you get to listen to 1 side complain while the other cheered. Had I called him safe, the result would have been vice versa. The moral of the story is, your not always going to agree with the call/rating. you just need to suck it up and move on.

How is using allotted time cheap? Get CC to allow freemium players to make either 1 hour or 24 hour turn games and they couldn't complain about a game spot frozen. Still won't mean that players are wrong to use the full hour! The time is part of the game. It's no different than a speed game & someone complaining that you didn't take your turn until 4 seconds left! GEESH!

No crime committed by JR here! Rate how you want since everyone else does. They have enough to police on CC than what you left for thoughts on another player.

No, it is NOT an "abuse" simply to leave people low ratings. It is an abuse when it is done systematically, consistently and without good reason.

The ratings don't mean a damn thing!!! They are completely optional for godsake. Plus, JR can give whatever rating he wants for whatever reason. I mean, ever since the death of the feedback system it is impossible to tell anything whatsoever from the ratings! This is a new freemium complaining about an old salt for no good reason. Hell, back in th old days JR could have given the newb a neg and then made fun of his/her mom in the feedback. Man I miss the old feedback system Bottom line - JR should be able to give whatever rating he feels like giving...without worrying about this kind if crap.

exactly. A person should not have to look over his shoulder whenever he gives a bad review because he might get in trouble. If thats the case, why have a feedback system if your afraid to leave a negative ? I left over 5,100 feedbacks and under 1% have been negative. So what has been abused? I felt she played a cheap game and left feedback to what I felt and how it was played.
