well do you have to go to clan challenges? i thought you couldnt cause youre not challenging another clan.

There's basicly no place, anywhere, made yet for Clans to get tournament rights for private tournaments. You can run your own in your own forum, but without any special privileges.

No. Basicly, tournaments have to be open to 90% of CC for them to be allowed; just clans is not.

In order to get tournament privileges, you have to have 50% of the spots open for public signups. If you wish to do a tournament within your clan, you'll have to do so with private games. If you wish to just challenge another clan, that goes in the Clans forum.
