As the qualifiers for FIFA World Cup 2010 has not been finished yet, this tournament just follows a FIFA World Cup format with a few changes to suit my liking, as well as to suit CC. Seedings will be randomized by http://www.random.org. As all matchups are Sudden Death(1 game/1 game needed to win), execpt the finals, it is randomized by http://www.random.org to determine Home/Away Status. Good Luck. 'Byes' given in about 3 days(72 hrs) so frees, make sure to leave 1 slot open. I will PM everyone who didn't join yet when about 2/3 days has passed.

Sry, qualifiers for FIFA World Cup 2010 in South Africa not done, and personally, I think it'll be weird to run on 2006 teams. And doing qualifier format is just too many people for me, maybe later on(FIFA World Cup 2014 in Brazil XD). And also, note that in the orginal post, it says "with a few changes to suit my liking and to suit CC."

And also, eliminated the sign-up format, as well as put myself in the tournament, just for fun.
