It's amusing how you keep dodging around the fact that you talk with both of them frequently if not daily on MSN. Quit lying about what? I joined because there was a multi in your game and I exploited the new rule. As I have said I should be punished accordingly for abusing the game system whether it be a warning or whatever. I did not get a multi made.

Sorry, but you're on the wrong track here. The comment by the Brian Lack character was clearly a joke, it is well known that Herpes does not do the PM thing any more, especially to ?s and if he still did I'm sure he has more than enough common sense not to send it to a new user called Brian Lack.

I'm sure your "friends" were just many of the countless players I mass p.m'd asking them to play me in a private speed/casual freestyle game 1 vs 1 many moons ago. That's a titanic difference between sending out auto join game links which automatically throws them into a game. That's only been done two times by me before I was slapped on the wrist. technically i believe you werent exactly slapped on the wrist, you pm'ed the people that you sent these msgs to, and convinced them not to post the pm's that they recieved, and cc refused to act on it without that... well that was what happened when i reported you for it anyway..... and since you did it to at least 2 people that time, i am assuming that is the 'slap on the wrist' your referring to...

You have to me the most gullible guppy of them all! The multi obviously spit that out after he read JR's little muckraking in the Brian Lack thread. He was joking around with me trying to get a rise. It made me laugh because he typed it in such a naive tone that most of the mush for brains people out there in CC land would buy it.

I give CC land a little more credit than that. It did take me a second, but it was obvious it was a settup on his part, and quite frankly a good one. I wasnt about to say there was no way the pm happened, because Ive simply been burned too many times vouching for people. Im sure on some level, you admire it in its own devious way. I agree the multi was an expert.

Whatever happens from this game, DF did nothing wrong, beyond what I can only imagine he wrote in the chat. You guys setting up a game like that isnt farming to me. Anyone can join, and beat you. It really isnt your fault if no experienced players want to give it a crack. Except for one mistaken attack I had you yesterday as you recall, so its not like it cant be done. ((I figured out what happened on that now too...i thought i didnt advance, but what happened is I didnt click on the big stack, or it didnt go through, so the attack happened from my little stack, which blocked my main army, and the easy win.))

Whatever happens will depend on LFAW's knowledge of the multi. If he didnt speak with him first, and guessed, than it was brilliant, and deserves a little slap on the wrist with a wink...maybe even a pat on the back for the creativity. If he planned it with the guy first, or knew who he was, that really is a different situation, and really is condoning, and abetting, not to mention instigating a multi, which is really just as bad. No accusations either way there though.

If your memory served you any worse than I'd call you senile. I didn't convince nobody of nothing. I sincerely and publicly apologized and said that I was willing to except full responsiblity for my actions. You chalk it up in your mind that I persuaded them or manipulated their decision. Well, you knew you wouldnt be mr popular when you went on your newbie hunting, and you knew youd make some enemies. I cant say I approve myself, but you did come clean and tell it honestly when you did it, and I for one know you didnt pm brian lack on this one. As much as I may not like city mogul as a map and how it is generally used, having to play a multi on any settings should not be allowed.(Nothing against any single user, just more how it is setup for use) Granted this multi was a quick bust, but that is besides the point. In this case the other teammate benefited from it, which should also not be allowed. A null of this game should take place, as it is game abuse, weather or not LFAW knew who it was before joining. Hey this multi was a pretty good friend to King. Some friend eh? Oh for those who do not know, I was told the multi was none other than max.

It is so obvious that this little scheme was preplanned, LFAW joined our game only seconds after his multi friend joined.

LFAW then immediately reported his partner "brian Lack" (while brian was taking his turn)

LFAW then waited until brian was busted to take his turn so that the armies that he inherited from brian (that had already received a deployment bonus that round) would get an additional deployment bonus.
