Just happened to stumble upon this and it looks pretty iffy. They're both U.S., they joined within 2 minutes of eachother and joined a game together at which point one deadbeats so the other gets points. And that goes without saying the names are practically the same.

Actually it looks like they both deadbeated that game... could be that both lost interest in the site.... or they could be multis... either way they probably will not play another game (eithrer by getting banned or not returning).

Hi, I just started and came onto this forum to post a complaint/suspicion, and read this post to see how to write a complaint..... Its about Hobbsie again.


its talk about one of the multi's I was about to report. I checked the other games that the players where in to see if theres any crossover.... Found that 3 of them were in other games together. Of the 3 I am 100% certain of Hobbsie and yth180.

Its a fast flowing game... but my suspicion was raised when there was a pause of over an hour, then 2 players both go within a few minutes of each other. Then later when I believe one player yth180 attacked my largest army, killed it, reinforced its army away, then second player hobbsie trundles over me when I'm defenseless (its a freestyle game, I was playing at same time as them and think I saw it happen). Another player in this game called juswannakill suicided on turn one - attacking everything in sight. not suspicious in it self, but together this is just taking the micky.

yth180 and hobbsie ALWAYS play with seconds of each other

Of the 3 accused least suspicion goes on mmrisk. who atleast plays at different points in time.

On further investigation I checked to see if these players where playing together in any other games - lo and behold

Second complaint, when looking at the other games I think I may of spotted another one..

again, a pause of an hour then two players move almost exactly the same time, like a single player had just logged on. This is not immediately after a turn begins,

Pretty sure if I keep looking at all the games that these players have played in I could find more

VINWRAITH... I see your new & had completed 1 game..(Free style i might add)... I also see a couple of your other postings and it's almost like you are very familiar with this site & processes etc.... Are you SURE your a 1 game neewbie who has never been part of CC? Seems a little suspicious to me... I foed u just in case i'm right... Sorry if i'm not........ but something smells.........

getting screwed over by cheats and now making enemies because of putting in some time and effort trying to catch them. nice.

I spent two hours trawling through log files today to try and catch a cheat. I have actually quite enjoyed much of my time on the site so far and thought I'd try and remove some of the bad apples I've encountered on my way.

However that last post actually annoys me worse than the cheats and time wasters. Atleast they weren't rude or implying that I'm dishonest.

Like I said... If I'm mistaken I'm sorry.... but you display knowledge in your forum posts that noobs wouldn't much have a clue about. Heck it took me weeks to learn all the ins & out & I still don't know em all. You post like your a seasoned veteren who isn't new to CC....... LOL
