Since Mr_Adams was rude enough to post in here with out a avatar, I'll respond to MrBenn. I got the hat from my cousins' husband who is in the navy, and after once meeting a Russian sailor, they traded hats. On the front of the hat in Russian it says "Baltic Fleet."
