CC Should make it where During a clan war the leader(s) of each clan can start games without being in them (just like in tourneys how the host can)

This will improve the following aspects of the site:

• The Clan Leaders will have an easier time making games and not waiting for some one to join to drop them
• then the clans can just set up there games send it to other leader and wait for them to fill instead of make wait for your team to join drop then send to them
• also they can make finding clan games more easy with headings
• Plus clan challenge organizers can use chipv's handy little tourney doohickey to more easily track games and update standings.(as Incandenza said)
