These are suspected Multis/Secret Alliance (unsure which)

Comments: Alangary has not invaded Mexico to reduce Dom Lowe's buildup, despite having a significant advantage there, and Dom Lowe posing an obvious threat. Dom Lowe has previously been noted as communicating inapproriately through IM's, not public chat. Other apparently irregularities exist in this game as well with other players.

They may not be multi's, but they were definitely in a secret alliance. Therefore, please remove the cleared from the subject title.
